Refund & Returns Policy

At Sam & Seb, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem — email us at amanda@samandseb.co.za, and we’ll arrange an exchange where stock is available.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping costs aren’t refundable unless we sent you the wrong or a faulty item.

How to Return

Please email amanda@samandseb.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please let us know within 7 days so we can fix it quickly.
