At Sam & Seb, we do our best to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
If you’re based outside South Africa and would like to place an order, please email us at amanda@samandseb.co.za — we’ll do our best to help.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually packed and sent within 2–3 working days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• 2–5 working days for major cities

• 5–7 working days for outlying or rural areas

(Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or public holidays.)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our site or social media.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at amanda@samandseb.co.za with your order number.
We’ll get in touch with the courier and help sort it out as soon as possible.
